I hate every year when august approaches,
I hate going back to that place but its really all I have left.
Marcus Serival; it's been 5 years since he's been gone.
The big brother I never had, the best friend I could ever ask for.
I'm sorry I didnt go see you last year.. I need to tell him that this year.
I was too busy caught up in my own things, i'm sorry
& I havent gone to see you on your birthday in almost 3 years, i'm sorry
Maybe i'll make up for it next year? June right? I still remember..
and you'd be 21 this year, so many memories we missed out on making.
Every year gets harder though
because every year a little more of your face disappears,
a little more of the memories we made; vanish.
This year i'll be there.. I dont know when my last year will be;
or when it will become far and inbetween that
I come say hi on these special occasions;
but for now I still need that memory of that one person.
